About Vicinity Websites in Tavistock

Simple put, I set up Vicinity Websites so that I could host my own photography website (www.collingwoodphotography.co.uk). This developed and evolved so that I now design and host websites for other people.

As a professional photographer since 1997, and dedicated Apple Mac user since 1989, I have developed a comprehensive and pertinent range of computer and presentational skills.

I use professional software that ensures that the websites adhere to W3C standards and carry out extensive SEO of websites.

My qualifications (BSc, ABIPP) really aren't relevant here. It's a case of looking at the sites I have already done, safe in the knowledge that they validate to the HTML and CSS coding standards of the W3C.

It seems to me that there is a need for really good looking and effective websites for local people and businesses who do not want to pay a fortune to have a professional site on the web.
